Mike Gesicki An Unknown Commodity Ahead Of Spot Start
12 months agoNew England Patriots tight end Mike Gesicki is purely a speculative option for fantasy football in Week 16 against the Denver Broncos. While he has primarily occupied a backup role this season, he'll upgrade to the No. 1 slot on Sunday night after Hunter Henry (knee) was ruled out. If he can replicate Henry's production over the last two weeks (10 catches, 106 yards, three touchdowns), then he'll absolutely be a fine TE1 option. However, we don't know what to expect from the Patriots sans Henry. Until we get a more clear answer, Gesicki will drop to the TE2 tier in fantasy football.
