Michael Amadio Tallies Goal, Assist On Tuesday
Ottawa Senators center Michael Amadio tallied a goal and an assist during their 5-2 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday evening. Amadio found the back of the net in the second period during even-strength play. His goal would stand as the game-winner. Later in the third, Amadio would add the primary assist on Shane Pinto's empty-netter. The 28-year-old has enjoyed a recent increase in offensive production as he has tallied six points (three goals) over his last six. During this span, he has logged 11 shots on goal with eight hits and four blocks. However, before this recent stretch, Amadio found the back of the net just five times and added nine helpers over his previous 48 contests. Fantasy managers in deeper formats could consider streaming Amadio given his recent play when the Senators face the Bruins on Thursday evening.
