2 months agoMatthew NeSmith was rolling in October with three straight top-10 finishes. The American golfer looked poised to win a tournament early in 2023. Then 2023 happened. NeSmith has missed back-to-back cuts. Arguably, the problems started in November with a 78 in the third round of the Houston Open. After that, starts have been hit or miss for him. He still ranks 20th in strokes gained while approaching greens at 0.755. If NeSmith can make a few putts early, he can not only make the cut, but do a little more.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
