Matt DiBenedetto One To Avoid At Charlotte
5 years agoWood Brothers Racing's Matt DiBenedetto finished 17th in Sunday's Coca-Cola 600 after being shuffled out in a frantic green-white-checkered restart. DiBenedetto led six laps and made some noise by holding onto the lead after a two-tire strategy put him to the front on a restart. DiBenedetto has been very solid so far in his new ride, as he has finished in the top 20 in all seven races so far in 2020, including a second-place finish at Las Vegas. In Wednesday's race at Charlotte Motor Speedway, DiBenedetto will start from fourth after the top 20 were inverted for qualifying. DiBenedetto will be a driver to fade in DFS, as his equipment is slightly behind the top-flight Cup teams, leading to a probable negative place differential.
