Marquise Brown Should Return This Year
2 years agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Marquise Brown's (foot) MRI results on Monday showed that his foot injury isn't as bad as the team initially feared. He's dealing with a small, non-surgical-fracture, according to a source, and the recovery time will be about six weeks. Brown will get a second opinion from Dr. Robert Anderson before moving forward. Barring a change in prognosis, he should land on Injured Reserve but return later this season. Fantasy managers need to keep Brown stashed everywhere, although the return of DeAndre Hopkins this week and the acquisition of Robbie Anderson will give Brown plenty of competition for targets once he's back. Through six games in 2022 in his first year in Arizona, Brown caught 43 of his 64 targets for 485 yards and three touchdowns as the team's top wideout.
