Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Marcus Stroman (shoulder) has not resumed throwing yet. He landed on the injured list due to shoulder inflammation on June 10. It's not a good sign that Stroman has yet to begin throwing a baseball. That means, Stroman will likely need more than 15 days to recover. There's a good chance he'll need a minor league rehab start or two as well. At this point, fantasy managers shouldn't expect Stroman back until July.--Andy Webb
