Linus Ullmark Tries To End A Losing Run Wednesday
2 years agoBoston Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark will log his 32nd start of the season on Wednesday against Toronto, hoping to put a stop to a losing run. After taking only three losses in total over the course of the season, Ullmark has dropped both of his last two appearances, giving up six goals on 71 shots. The Bruins have lost three in a row as a team and things clearly aren't working as smoothly as they did previously this season. Boston's immense campaign has allowed Ullmark to put together a league-best 25-4-1 record with two shutouts. He also leads all goalies with a 1.90 goals-against average and a .936 save percentage. Ullmark and the Bruins should start to roll again soon, but Wednesday brings a tough matchup against a team that has won four of the last five head-to-head meetings between the two sides.
