5 years agoSan Antonio Spurs forward LaMarcus Aldridge (shoulder) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Charlotte Hornets. Aldridge has missed each of the last three games due to a shoulder issue. Trey Lyles has benefited the most in the absence of Aldridge and that should continue here. He finished with 20 points and six rebounds during his 37 minutes on Monday. DFS players should consider targeting Lyles for Tuesday's slate.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
