Houston Astros outfield prospect Kyle Tucker is currently hitting .285 with two home runs, 10 doubles and 24 runs batted in through 31 games at Triple-A. The 20th-ranked prospect, according to Baseball Prospectus, hit 25 home runs last season throughout different levels of the Astros system. Houston currently has a deep, dynamic lineup but could use an upgrade in left field. Derek Fisher is the fastest player on the team but is hitting .194, and Jake Marisnick strikes out too much to play everyday right now. Marwin Gonzalez certainly could man the left field spot, but the team may prefer the flexibility he brings in playing so many different positions. This may not happen overnight, but if Tucker continues to produce, he may get a shot in the big leagues at some point this summer.--Joey C - RotoBaller
