Kyle Schwarber Swats 18th Home Run, Drives in Three in Win
Kyle Schwarber homered, doubled, and walked once, collecting three RBI and scoring twice in Saturday's 9-6 extra-innings win over the Athletics. His double in the top of the 11th inning proved to be the game-winner, as it drove in two runs and broke a 6-6 tie. Schwarber is having a phenomenal season to this point, now with 18 home runs, 40 RBI, 40 runs scored, four steals, all while hitting .255 with a .418 wOBA, and 168 wRC+. The veteran has played in 52 games thus far and has been on base via hit or walk in all but two, posting a .397 OBP. All of this puts him comfortably within the top 10 in fantasy scoring this season, and there are no signs of slowing down. He'll look to keep rolling on Sunday against RHP Gunnar Hoglund, who has allowed nine earned runs on 13 hits and five walks over his last two starts (10 IP).
