Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Kris Letang scored his first two goals of the season in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Islanders. He put the Penguins on the board with a power-play marker and went on to register the game-winning goal after Mike Matheson had scored Pittsburgh's second. Sidney Crosby assisted Letang on both goals and reached 1,278 points in his 1000th career game. Letang hadn't had any luck in front of goal ahead of Saturday's action, but he's been in decent form and now has three multi-point performances for the season. The veteran blueliner boasts nine points for the year in 15 games with 31 hits, 30 shots, and 20 blocks.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
