Kole Calhoun Placed On Paternity Leave
Kole Calhoun has been placed on paternity leave and is expected to return to the team on Friday. Calhoun is expecting the birth of his second child and the Angels have called up Luis Rengifo from Triple-A to take his roster spot. Calhoun's offense was on the rise over the past week, slashing .327/.397/.600 over his last 55 at-bats. Brian Goodwin and David Fletcher should be able to fill in for Calhoun until he returns.
