Kenny Golladay Practicing Wednesday
3 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Kenny Golladay (hamstring) was able to take part in individual drills at practice on Wednesday. The former Detroit Lions wideout returned to practice last week after missing most of training camp and all of the preseason with a hamstring strain. Unless he suffers a setback this week, all signs are pointing towards Golladay being active in his Giants debut in Week 1 against the Denver Broncos. The 27-year-old is a big-bodied, big-play downfield threat for the Giants, but can fantasy managers count on him because of injuries? He's also downgrading from Matthew Stafford to Daniel Jones at quarterback, although Jones possesses enough arm strength to connect with Golladay deep. Golladay is New York's top wideout, but his targets could be an issue in this crowded receiver group. Against Denver's strong secondary this weekend, Golladay is more of a WR3/4 while coming off his injury during training camp.
