Montreal Canadiens defenseman Kaiden Guhle (lower body) underwent surgery Thursday for a partially torn adductor muscle and is expected to be out 8-10 weeks, the team announced. The 23-year-old has already been sidelined for nearly a month because of the injury, missing 12 games. He made five appearances before getting hurt, recording two points (one goal, one assist) and 16 hits. The provided timeline indicates that Guhle won't be ready to return to action until 2026.
