K.J. Hamler Scores Twice Against Panthers
4 years agoDenver Broncos rookie wide receiver K.J. Hamler had by far the best game of his first season in the NFL in Week 14 against the Panthers. Hamler caught two of his three targets for 86 yards and two touchdowns in the 32-27 victory. The three targets were nothing special, but the Penn State product made the most of his limited opportunities on Sunday and showed why he was a second-round pick for Denver. The slot receiver is explosive and athletic and has 29 catches for 377 yards and three touchdowns in 12 games in his rookie season. Hamler will face Buffalo's defense in Week 15 on Saturday, where he'll once again be a DFS sleeper. The Bills Defense has been pretty solid against wideouts this season fantasy wise, so Hamler will continue to be a very risky deep-league flex with limited opportunities to make noise. The 21-year-old needs to be owned in all dynasty/keeper leagues.
