Justin Fields To Start Against Browns
3 years agoChicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy announced on Wednesday that rookie quarterback Justin Fields will get the start in Week 3 against the Cleveland Browns with Andy Dalton (knee) battling a bone bruise in his knee. The Bears said that Dalton will remain the starter when he's healthy, but Fields has a chance to change the organization's mind on Sunday. Fields didn't look all that great in relief of Dalton in last week's win over the Cincinnati Bengals, but he will get to face a Cleveland defense that has allowed the third-most fantasy points per game to QBs in the first two weeks. The 22-year-old first-rounder has more upside than Dalton, but remember that it'll be just his first career NFL start. Temper expectations for him as a QB2.
