1 year agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receivers Keenan Allen and Mike Williams are the two top receivers in the Chargers offense. Joshua Palmer will get the majority of the snaps as the third receiver early in the season over rookie first-rounder Quentin Johnston. The 21-year-old rookie pass-catcher is going well before Palmer in fantasy drafts, but Johnston struggled in the preseason and could need some time to develop before becoming more of an every-down player in the NFL. The 24-year-old Palmer, a third-round pick in 2021 out of Tennessee, took a big step in his sophomore season in 2022, catching 72 passes for 769 yards and three touchdowns in 16 games (11 starts) with Allen and Williams missing time with injuries.
