Buffalo Sabres center Josh Norris (undisclosed) is undergoing further evaluation by the medical staff. Fantasy managers should monitor his status leading up to their next contest on Saturday afternoon against the Vegas Golden Knights as the team may keep him sidelined. The Sabres acquired Norris at the trade deadline from the Ottawa Senators in exchange for Dylan Cozens, Dennis Gilbert, and a 2026 second-round selection. Through his first three contests in Buffalo, the 25-year-old has tallied two points (one goal) with two shots on goal, two hits, and two blocked shots. He has been deployed on the top forward line alongside Tage Thompson. Through 56 contests this season, Norris has tallied 35 points (21 goals) with 135 hits and 47 blocked shots.--Andy Smith
