Jose Trevino Expected Back Tuesday
2 years agoNew York Yankees catcher Jose Trevino (hamstring) could return to the club before Tuesday's game against the Seattle Mariners, according to MLB.com. The 30-year-old has been on the shelf since May 18 after suffering a hamstring strain on May 17. Before going down, Trevino was slashing .219/.265/.333 with three homers, 11 runs, and 11 RBI over 30 contests and should only be rostered in two-catcher formats. Fantasy managers should expect Kyle Higashioka to lose the starting backstop role, so with his .214 average and .648 OPS, he can be dropped everywhere.
