Jose Trevino Expected Back Tuesday
11 months agoNew York Yankees catcher Jose Trevino (hamstring) could return to the club before Tuesday's game against the Seattle Mariners, according to MLB.com. The 30-year-old has been on the shelf since May 18 after suffering a hamstring strain on May 17. Before going down, Trevino was slashing .219/.265/.333 with three homers, 11 runs, and 11 RBI over 30 contests and should only be rostered in two-catcher formats. Fantasy managers should expect Kyle Higashioka to lose the starting backstop role, so with his .214 average and .648 OPS, he can be dropped everywhere.
