Toronto Maple Leafs center John Tavares scored two goals in Tuesday's 4-3 victory against the Lightning, bringing his season total up to 26 goals and 56 points through 57 games. Tavares scored his first goal of the night on a first period power play in front of the net, while he found the back of the net for the second time on a terrific backhand past goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy to give the Maple Leafs a one-goal advantage midway through the second period. William Nylander recorded a goal and an assist, while Jake Muzzin and Tyson Barrie each recorded points in the contest. Tavares is on a three-game point streak in which he has recorded three goals, two assists and five points, making the 29-year-old center worth owning across all fantasy formats.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
