4 years agoThe San Francisco Giants are still looking for a left-handed bat after signing infielder Tommy La Stella to a three-year deal on Tuesday night. Among those in the mix for San Francisco include free-agent outfielders Joc Pederson, Jackie Bradley Jr. and Eddie Rosario. Pederson will be much more attractive to National League teams if the universal designated hitter is in play again in 2021, but we still don't have clarification on that rule. There is opportunity in San Francisco, though, in an outfield that includes Alex Dickerson, Steven Duggar and Mike Yastrzemski, among others. Pederson hit just .190/.285/.397 with seven home runs and 16 RBI in 43 games during the shortened 2020 season, but he could be a value pick for his power if he sees regular at-bats, even against left-handers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
