12/30:The New York Jets fired head coach Todd Bowles on Sunday following their blowout Week 17 loss to the Patriots after his fourth season with the team. Bowles finishes with a 24-40 record in his time with Gang Green after going 10-6 in his first year in 2015. The Jets will be overhauling their coaching staff in the offseason and also have roughly $106 million in salary cap space, so they will be looking to add plenty of weapons around quarterback Sam Darnold. Darnold, the No. 3 overall pick, had his ups and downs in his rookie year but should be able to improve with better weapons around him.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
