Jerry Jeudy Goes Off For Three Touchdowns In Week 14
2 years agoWith Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton (hamstring) inactive due to injury in Week 14 against the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, Jerry Jeudy stepped up and benefited from being the lead pass-game target. He finished with a team-high eight receptions on a team-high nine targets for a team-high 73 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Jeudy even caught his final TD reception from backup quarterback Brett Rypien after Russell Wilson left late in the fourth quarter due to a concussion. Game script helped the 23-year-old after the Broncos fell behind 27-0 in the first half, forcing Denver to air it out. It was obviously a great game for Jeudy and his fantasy managers, but he could return to being a frustrating fantasy commodity if Rypien is forced to start in Week 15 against the Arizona Cardinals and if Sutton returns.
