San Francisco 49ers running backs Jerick McKinnon (calf) and Matt Breida (shoulder) were both taking part in individual conditioning work at practice on Tuesday. Both players aren't fully participating in practice yet, but it's a good sign that they are on track to be ready for Week 1. McKinnon was a high-profile free-agent signing and is expected to see a lot of work in the offense in his first year.
