Jazz Chisholm Jr. Sitting with Shoulder Injury
Jazz Chisholm Jr. (shoulder) is out of the lineup due to a sore shoulder. Bryan Hoch of MLB.com noted that Chisholm has been dealing with this injury for several weeks, and it has affected his throwing more than his hitting. While this injury does not appear to be serious, fantasy managers should expect the Yankees to occasionally keep him out of the lineup to provide him rest. Over his last 11 games, Chisholm has been one of the most productive hitters in the sport, launching five home runs and adding two doubles. The 27-year-old should be expected to return to the starting nine on Tuesday when they begin a series against the Seattle Mariners. This afternoon, Oswald Peraza will cover the hot corner.
