Jarvis Landry Officially Activated From Injured Reserve
3 years agoThe Cleveland Browns officially activated wide receiver Jarvis Landry (knee) from Injured Reserve on Thursday, and he will play in Thursday night's game against the Denver Broncos. Landry is returning from an MCL sprain. The five-time Pro Bowler had six catches for 80 yards and also added two carries for 13 yards and a touchdown in his two games before the injury. The Browns also elevated quarterback Nick Mullens and cornerback Herb Miller from the practice squad. The Broncos defense has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points per game to receivers in the last three weeks and Odell Beckham Jr. (shoulder) appears unlikely to play, but Landry remains risky for fantasy purposes with backup quarterback Case Keenum taking over for the injured Baker Mayfield (shoulder). There's also the chance that Landry has his snaps limited in his first game back.
