Jarvis Landry Misses Practice Wednesday
3 years agoCleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said that wide receiver Jarvis Landry (knee) did not practice on Wednesday because of a knee injury that he suffered late in last Thursday's win over the Denver Broncos. The good news is it's unrelated to the sprained MCL that kept Landry out for the previous four games. The Browns are hoping Landry can return to practice later in the week. Cleveland's offense is extremely banged up, with receiver Odell Beckham Jr. (shoulders) and quarterback Baker Mayfield (shoulder) also questionable for Week 8 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Running back Kareem Hunt (calf) remains on Injured Reserve. As a true question mark for Halloween, Landry is more of a WR4/flex, and he'll have a low fantasy ceiling if backup quarterback Case Keenum is forced to make another start.
