5 years agoAs has been the case throughout the preseason, Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff did not play during the team’s Week 4 preseason victory against the Houston Texans. The fourth-year standout has continued to improve and grow as a quarterback under head coach Sean McVay, finishing the 2018 season with over 4,500 yards and a 65 percent completion rate. While Goff struggled in last year’s Super Bowl, he was still a solid QB1 for fantasy drafters. Barring the departure of QB coach Zac Taylor, the offensive scheme in Los Angeles has remained the same and considering that Goff has a ninth-round ADP at best, he should remain a low-capital investment QB1 fantasy option.--Siddhant Gannu
