Detroit Red Wings goaltender Jared Coreau will start his third game of the year Thursday night as the Red Wings take on the Kings. Coreau is looking for his first win this season Thursday in Los Angeles, the same place where he recorded his first career shutout. He will also be looking to snap Detroit’s seven-game losing streak. The Kings, who are fighting to secure their playoff spot, have only scored 2.87 goals per game but are likely more than Coreau and his career .884 save percentage can handle. He has been able to make magic happen playing the Kings before, but do not expect it Thursday. If you are looking for a goalie to plug into your lineup, look elsewhere.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
