Ja'Marr Chase "Probably" Won't Practice Thursday
2 years agoCincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said that wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase (hip) is "sore" and that he "probably" won't practice on Thursday. The Bengals plan to manage him through the week ahead of the Monday night clash against the Cleveland Browns on Halloween. It's merely soreness that Chase is dealing with, so he's fully expected to be ready to go for Week 8 action, where he'll be a no-brainer starting fantasy option. The 22-year-old second-year wideout is a stud and has back-to-back weeks with 130-plus receiving yards and four total touchdowns. On the year in seven games, Chase ranks fourth in total fantasy points at his position in half-point PPR leagues. He has 47 catches on 74 targets for 605 yards and six total touchdowns.
