Jamal Murray Notches 25 Points As Denver Wins Series Against Lakers
2 years agoDenver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray wrapped up the Western Conference Finals against the Lakers with a 25-point effort. The Lakers finally found a way to cool off Murray from behind the arc, as he went 0-for-4 with the three-ball, but it was too little too late, with Murray and the Nuggets completing a sweep in the series with a 113-111 road victory. Overall, it was another efficient scoring night for Murray, as he finished 10-for-18 from the field and shot 5-for-5 at the charity stripe. Murray produced a full line, registering three rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block. The 26-year-old continues to have a very big part in Denver's success in the 2023 postseason, recording 27.7 points per game with 5.5 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 1.7 steals.
