Jalen Johnson Questionable For Friday's Matchup
9 months agoAtlanta Hawks forward Jalen Johnson (ankle) is questionable to play on Friday against Utah. The 22-year-old has been out for three games with a right ankle sprain. He was listed as doubtful prior to Wednesday's clash with Portland, so the questionable designation is definitely a step forward. Johnson has enjoyed a breakout campaign, and Trae Young's (finger) absence makes him an even more important piece for Atlanta. If he can't return on Friday, Vit Krejci looks set for a fourth consecutive start. The 23-year-old has struggled to make a mark despite getting a big opportunity and isn't a recommended fantasy option. De'Andre Hunter might be the biggest beneficiary of Johnson's absence, especially with Saddiq Bey (knee) also out.
