New England Patriots wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (shoulder) is officially active for the Week 13 matchup against the Buffalo Bills. The assumption was that Meyers would play after being limited throughout the week. He injured his shoulder during last Thursday's game, but will be cleared to play this Thursday. The 26-year-old has been the most consistent fantasy contributor out of the wideouts in New England this season.
