The Washington Commanders selected Penn State wide receiver Jahan Dotson with the No. 16 overall pick in the 2022 NFL draft on Thursday night. Dotson was named to the first-team All-Big Ten team in his senior season and will pair nicely with Terry McLaurin in D.C. He has elite speed and will give quarterback Carson Wentz a deep threat in his rookie season, but fantasy managers shouldn't expect too much from Dotson too quickly. Dotson played 23.7% of his snaps out of the slot in 2021, but he projects as more of a traditional receiver that will occasionally see snaps out of the slot for Washington. He checks in at 5-foot-11 and 184 pounds, so Dotson could struggle initially at the next level.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
