6/7:Kansas City Royals starting pitcher Ian Kennedy may not be good at pitching overall, but his resilience is impressive. Following a three-inning outing where he got blasted by the Athletics last week, Kennedy held the potent Angels lineup to just one run in five innings on Wednesday. Kennedy allowed seven hits and walked three to still rack up a horrendous WHIP for the day, but when a pitcher is carrying an ERA over 5.00, he'll take any small win that he can. Unfortunately, KC's bullpen recreated Monday's game by blowing the lead and taking the loss again, so Kennedy was given no decision for the night.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
