Hogan Harris To Serve As Bulk Reliever Friday
2 years agoOakland Athletics rookie left-hander Hogan Harris is set to serve as the team's bulk reliever on Friday on the road against the Miami Marlins after opener Shintaro Fujinami, according to the team. In his last outing against the Houston Astros on May 27, Harris was great, throwing five shutout innings with a walk and five strikeouts. He wasn't so good in his major-league debut on April 14 against the New York Mets, when he gave up six runs on just one hit while walking five in one-third of an inning. The team's No. 21 prospect, per MLB Pipeline, the 26-year-old southpaw has some good stuff, but he'll need to improve his command if he wants to have continued success at the big-league level. Fantasy managers should stay away.
