Harris English played steady golf last week and inched his way up the leaderboard last week. The American golfer did not perform well at the Farmers Insurance Open in 2024. His 75-73 to end the tournament dropped him outside the Top 50. Since COVID, the event in Torrey Pines has not been kind to English with a few missed cuts for good measure. He seems to struggle at the event which starts on Wednesday. Approaching greens has been a big issue early in 2025 too. English ranked 149th in strokes gained (-0.325) with the metric in 2024. That includes 128th in GIR (Greens In Regulation) at 65.89%. English could have a challenge again at the Farmers Insurance Open.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
