Teixeira's 40th win earned him his biggest prize to date. In 8:02 of action, Glover landed 23 significant strikes (71 total strikes) and landed two of his six takedown tries on the night. Once on the mat, the contest was in Teixeira's world, as he locked in a rear-naked choke and the championship.
