5 years agoSan Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle (ankle, knee), who is doubtful for Week 11 against the Cardinals, said he's "feeling fantastic." Kittle was off to the side rehabbing at practice all week and remains likely to miss his second straight day. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said he feels an obligation to protect Kittle from himself in order to keep him healthy for the rest of the season. "He played through the game two weeks ago with the same deal. That’s why he’s a guy you never count out. But you try to be smart with him, though. We’ll see how the other people do going up to kickoff," Shanahan said. Unless something drastic happens on Saturday, you should have Kittle on your benches again this week. Ross Dwelley should see more playing time as a result, but he's not on the TE2 radar despite the excellent matchup.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
