San Diego Padres outfielder/designated hitter Gavin Sheets (head) is not in the team's starting lineup for Monday's series opener at Oracle Park against the division-rival San Francisco Giants. Tyler Wade will start in left field and bat seventh against Giants right-hander Logan Webb, with third baseman Manny Machado serving as the DH. Jose Iglesias is at the hot corner and is hitting eighth. Although Wade has four hits and an RBI in 10 career at-bats in his career against Webb, fantasy managers setting DFS lineups should avoid him as a sleeper. Sheets, who has been one of SD's best bats in 2025, suffered multiple injuries in Sunday's series finale against the Pittsburgh Pirates when he crashed into the left-field wall face-first.
