According to Frank Seravalli of Dailyfaceoff.com, the Philadelphia Flyers are acquiring forwards Andrei Kuzmenko and Jakob Pelletier, a 2025 second-round pick, and a 2028 seventh-round pick from the Calgary Flames. In exchange, the Flyers are trading forwards Morgan Frost and Joel Farabee. Kuzmenko has played primarily in a bottom-six role with the Flames this season. Across 37 games, Kuzmenko has found the back of the net four times and added 11 helpers. However, in 2023, he tallied 22 goals and 24 assists. He could play on the same line with his former SKA St. Petersburg teammate, Matvei Michkov. Pelletier has tallied 11 points through 24 games this season and will likely see time on the bottom two offense lines, given his lack of scoring upside.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
