6/7:Pittsburgh Pirates closer Felipe Vazquez picked up a four-out save, his 11th of the year, in a win over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Wednesday. The southpaw entered with two outs and a runner on first in the eighth inning and promptly struck out Enrique Hernandez. Although he walked a pair of batters in the ninth, Vazquez preserved the 11-9 win. He now has a pair of clean outings after a nightmare game against the St. Louis Cardinals last week. While his walk rate is higher than ideal, Vazquez should continue to be a steady source of saves.--Matt Wilkes - RotoBaller
