Washington Capitals center Evgeny Kuznetsov reached 10 points for the campaign in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime loss to Detroit, registering his fifth goal of the season on a power play early in the second frame. Alex Ovechkin also scored a power-play goal in the contest, but Washington ended up blowing a two-goal lead. Kuznetsov logged a massive 24:51 in the game and produced four shots with one hit. The 29-year-old had been red-hot right off the bat and is currently tied for the fourth spot in the league's scoring charts. Kuznetsov and the Capitals can have fun against the miserable Coyotes next on Friday.--Taavi Pailk
