7 months agoIndianapolis Colts tight end Erik Swoope caught three passes for 44 yards and a touchdown in the team's 24-38 loss to the New England Patriots on Thursday. Swoope would have had a forgettable performance but-for his 13-yard touchdown reception in the third quarter when fellow tight end Eric Ebron briefly went to the sideline with a leg injury. Fantasy owners shouldn't expect much from Swoope going forward, as he was clearly outpaced in the receiving department by Ebron and presumed No. 1 option Jack Doyle should return from a hip injury in Week 6 when the Colts take on the New York Jets.--Taylor Maxston - RotoBaller
