Colorado Avalanche defenseman Erik Johnson tallied an assist in a 2-1 loss to the Flyers on Wednesday, adding to what has been a strong season for the American rearguard. Since returning from an injury that kept him out a month, Johnson has put up a goal and two assists as well as 15 shots and 11 hits in six games. Over the course of the season, the former first overall pick might not be capturing headlines with his nine goals and 16 assists but he's consistently put up good peripherals with 58 penalty minutes, 168 shots on net and 114 hits. Johnson certainly has made his case as a solid fourth or fifth defenseman for fantasy owners and should at the very least be considered as a strong stream candidate for the final week of the season.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
