Fantasy managers should probably be fading the Philadelphia Eagles defense/special teams unit in Week 7 as they face the highest-scoring offense in the NFL in the Miami Dolphins, but they will at least be getting both cornerback Darius Slay (knee) and rookie defensive tackle Jalen Carter (ankle) back after they missed the Week 6 loss to the New York Jets. Meanwhile, free safety Reed Blankenship (ribs) and cornerback Bradley Roby (shoulder) have been ruled out. Right tackle Lane Johnson (ankle) will also play on the offensive side of the ball for Philly. The returns of both Slay and Carter is big news for the Eagles as they look to avoid back-to-back losses for the first time since 2021.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
