Donald Parham Jr. Placed On Injured Reserve
2 years agoThe Los Angeles Chargers placed tight end Donald Parham Jr. (hamstring) on Injured Reserve on Saturday and promoted wide receiver Keelan Doss from the practice squad to the active roster in a corresponding move. Parham missed the team's Week 7 game due to a concussion and has played in just two games in 2022 due to injuries, catching three of four targets for 53 yards. He was cleared from the concussion protocol early this week, but he suffered a hamstring injury in practice that will keep him out for at least the next four games. Tre' McKitty and Richard Rodgers will battle for backup work behind starter Gerald Everett moving forward. Everett has clear TE1 upside this weekend against the Atlanta Falcons with both receivers Mike Williams (ankle) and Keenan Allen (hamstring) out.
