DeAndre Hopkins 2025 Fantasy Football Outlook: Potential Despite Limited Opportunity
At 32 years of age, DeAndre Hopkins' career is coming to a close. However, a new team in the Baltimore Ravens provides both him and fantasy managers with an intriguing opportunity. D-Hop totaled 610 yards and five touchdowns in his time with the Tennessee Titans and Kansas City Chiefs last year following a mid-season trade, finishing as the fantasy WR48. And now, he will be tasked to help Lamar Jackson as a secondary receiver in the Ravens' run-heavy offense. Baltimore finished second in the NFL with 554 rush attempts in 2024. Baltimore also has several good pass-catchers already - wideouts Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman, and tight ends Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely. However, Hopkins will likely see the field mainly when the Ravens use three-receiver sets, which they have prioritized more under offensive coordinator Todd Monken. While he won't receive a large target share, Hopkins' strengths on third downs and red-zone situations make him worth rostering in fantasy as a backup.
