8/23:Los Angeles Angels second baseman David Fletcher was removed from Wednesday's game with a left knee contusion. He is considered day-to-day for now. With an off day on Thursday, it is possible Fletcher is able to return as soon as Friday. The young infielder is hitting .281 on the year with one home run and one steal. He is an option in very deep leagues, assuming he is healthy. Kaleb Cowart filled in for him at second, and would continue to do so if he misses more time.--Andy P - RotoBaller
