MASNsports.com writer Roch Kubatko reports that Baltimore Orioles reliever Darren O'Day (elbow) threw a bullpen session on Wednesday that "went well." Kubatko adds that the team will see how O'Day reacts Thursday and if there are no issues, he could be activated from the disabled list on Friday. O'Day has been on the DL with a hyperextended right elbow since May 9, with the move occurring retroactive to May 6. This news is a good sign for owners who have enjoyed the value he brings in saves and holds leagues, accumulating three holds and two saves over 13 appearances this year.--Michael
